Totalleverandør
Alunor Metall er en totalleverandør Alucobond-plater og tilhørende produkter.
Ved siden av å levere hele plater, leverer vi også festeprofiler i aluminium, og skruer eller poppnagler med lakkert hode.
Vi er også en betydelig leverandør av lakkerte plater og bånd av aluminium til beslag.
Alunor Metall samordner også bearbeiding av platene til kassetter eller buer og besørger kapping og hulling av platene til eksakte mål.
Vi leverer også bearbeidingsutstyr som overflatefreser, kappsager etc.
Ved at Alunor Metall AS leverer en komplett pakke er du sikret at ansvaret ikke utvannes, og at innkjøpsfunksjonen forenkles.

Produktinformasjon
Alucobond er en laminatplate med en polythylen plastkjerne og aluminium dekksplater i 0,5 mm på hver side. Platene leveres med brennlakkerte pvdf overflater iht et standard fargekart, natureloksert eller ubehandlet. Alucobond anvendes til fasader og himlinger, gesimser og baldakiner over hele verden, og er spesielt aktuelt for prosjekter hvor kvalitet og design er viktig. Alucobond kjennetegnes ved sin planhet også over store flater, kan knekkes og bøyes og valses og fremstår som et veldig nøaktig og presist materiale. Alucobond er vedlikeholdsfritt og kan leveres med et stort program av profiler for underkonstruksjon eller for sammenføyning. Vanlige formater er 4mm x 1250/1500 x 2000-6800mm.

Thermal insulating properties
A difference in temperature of 10 K only needs to be taken into account when designing and dimensioning ALUCOBOND for installation onto a supporting aluminium structure

Thermal expansion
Thermal expansion is effectively controlled by the alumunium cover sheets. At a difference in temperature of 100K, the actual linear expansion is 2.4mm/m.

Rear ventilated ALUCOBOND cladding considerably improves sound insulation. As a case in point, the sound insulation of a light-weight concrete wall is doubled. Vibration dampening is 4 times better than that achieved with aluminium sheets of comparable standard.
